The Waterloo Region Record (The Record) is a daily newspaper based in Kitchener, Ontario, and serving Waterloo Region, including the tri-cities, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, and the townships. It is a division of the Metroland Media Group, a subsidiary of Torstar Corporation. The Waterloo Region Record strives to provide fair, balanced and accurate coverage of news to residents of Waterloo Region.
